~18 things I’ve learned in 18 years~

Hey lovelies!!

I’m now officially and legitimately eighteen years old, peeps!! (Time to start acting grown up and adultish…ahahaha, nottttt).

I thought it would be fun to share 18 very random things I’ve learned in my first eighteen years of existence…so enjoy reading and love you all lots XOXO

~~~
  • Books are entities {and the most beautiful sort, too}
  • Kindness will always trump hate and indifference
  • If more people were a little more like their dogs, the world would be a better place
  • As quoted from The Book Thief, “words are life.”
  • The moment you stop searching for love is very likely when you will discover it
  • God’s love is endless, unconditional, and life-saving
  • Small moments of meaning, love + happiness are often what makes the whole of life worth it all
  • Music is magic
  • “Love is the selfless giving of the heart.
  • I will never outgrow playground swings
  • North & South (book & miniseries) has impossibly made me even more of a hopeless romantic than I previously was, and has incandescently captured my heart forever
  • Crying over the sad ending of a school-assigned book reading is absolutely acceptable and far from strange, particularly when that book is A Tale of Two Cities
  • Its not possible to be too grown up for fairytales
  • No one strong has had an easy past
  • Being determined, brave and passionate about your beliefs is never something to apologize for
  • Existing is to merely survive, but to truly live is to love
  • The universally most beautiful thing will always be a smile
  • Being brave and never giving up will eternally be worth it.
XOXO,
Veronica
