~outfit of the day~

Hello lovelies! I am sooo excited to share with you all my first outfit of the day post ever on my blog. I absolutely love reading and viewing OOTD blog posts or YouTube videos, and creating a post about an everyday look of mine has been something I’ve wanted to do for quite some time. Hope you all enjoy! ❤

To start off, I’m wearing a black short sleeve top, actually from Wal-Mart (you can surprisingly find some really cute clothing pieces there). From the front it looks like a basic tee but the back has some very pretty detailing.

Fun fact: when I got home after buying this top, I realized the size had been mislabeled so I had gotten the wrong size. I tried it on and it fit perfectly though which I was glad of because this top is soo cute. 😁

I’m wearing a gold tassel pendant necklace I bought from Rue 21 and then my favorite pair of blue skinny jeans.

To finish off the look, I grabbed my burgundy crossbow bag/purse, which I believe was gotten quite awhile ago from Kohls.

For a quick overview of my hair and makeup, I just put my hair up in a messy bun and wore makeup that’s been my everyday look for awhile. An everyday makeup routine post is in the works, so I’ll be sharing how I get this makeup look soon. 🙂

I always feel very confident whenever I’m wearing black and I personally think gold paired with black is a very lovely combination. I hope you all enjoyed seeing and reading about my outfit for today. 🙂
